The focus of our leadership training is the discovery, development and effective deployment of the gifts of every individual in the context of the call of God.  

The foundation for authentic discipleship is growth in grace, truth and love as one yields to the Holy Spirit. The equipping of leaders for the Kingdom of God, both within and outside the local church, has this kind of discipleship as its foundation.
